3 weeks old What a difference there has been in the development of the puppies in the past seven days. They are now extremely mobile and can move around with surprising speed, even if they do keep staggering and falling over! The are also quite vocal and I cannot enter the room without them lifting their little head as they react to the various sounds and movement. Quite a large part of their day is spent in play as they wrestle and tumble with each other. Mum is gradually spending a little less time with her babies although she still feeds them regularly, but the coming week will see me giving her a helping hand as I start to wean them.
