We have teeth!  Four weeks old and the puppies' baby teeth have come through.  They are now fully weaned and during the past week, their co-ordination and balance have improved tremendously.  They now run around, wrestle and play with confidence and, gradually, their individual characters are beginning to shine through. Although Katie still like to keep an eye on her babies, she is leaving them for much longer periods and by next week she will no longer be feeding them, being much more interested in clearing up the leftovers.  Very soon they will be coming downstairs when they will be introduced to my other shelties and gradually become accustomed to everyday sights and sounds which should help them to grow into confident, happy puppies.
